Our SO FIT sessions are designed to deliver a higher intensity workout developed around improving your general fitness levels, endurance, strength and condition, a full body workout that will push your limits, break a sweat and unlock your full potential.

work to your own maximum ability in a friendly team environment full of motivation and encouragement.

Our SO FUNCTIONAL sessions provide you with a great functional fitness workout, meaning they are created to use your body in a more movement based way, offering improvements to your other training sessions along with everyday tasks developing
strength in all areas.

bodyweight exercises providing you with a solid all round session offering strength, movement, flexibility and core strength benefits.
SO SENIOR
Our SO SENIOR sessions are designed specifically for our growing senior gym community.

As we age it becomes even more important to remain both strong and healthy inside and out,
Maintaining our muscle mass as much as possible, maintaining and increasing our bone density, keeping a good level of cardio vascular fitness, working on our flexibility and range of movement enabling us to maintain our desired lifestyle and activities.
