Working with one of our dedicated trainers one on one,

of 8 clients per session, meaning our coaches are able to offer the support you need.

TRAINING PLAN T&C'S 

  •  we ask for 24hrs notice for session cancellations. All cancellations with less than 24hrs notice of your session will be non-refundable. If you are paying by direct debit this session will be taken out of your session plan for the month. Please ensure if you need to cancel your session that you contact us over 24hrs before you are due to be in.

  • ​

  •  A full months' notice period will be required if you needed to cancel, change or put your direct debit on hold. If you need to put your account on hold due to holidays or other reasons a full months notice is required. If notice is not given or an agreement to change your direct debit payment has not been made in this time frame, your direct debit will continue as normal and will be non-refundable. Sessions that have not been reallocated to a different day within the notice period will be non-refundable.

  • ​

  •  If you are running late for your session, your session time will be reduced in accordance with that time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled and you will be charged for the full session at the normal session rate, if paid by direct debit this session will be non-refundable.

  • ​

  •  If you are unable to continue your Personal Training sessions due to medical reasons, under discretion of the Facilities Manager, a refund may be available for any remaining sessions, or these sessions can be carried over when you return. Evidence may need to be provided (I.e., a letter from doctor).

  • ​

  •  Refunds cannot be provided under any other circumstances than stated above.

  • ​

  •  If your Personal Trainer is on holiday or unwell and your session cannot be replaced with another trainer these sessions will be returned to you on a different date agreed between yourself and the facility manager.

  • ​

  •  Mobile and emails are only operated within our working hours of 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday, 7am - 1pm Saturday, any messages out of these hours will be responded to on the next operational day.
